Description

Compared with the 4-axis brake, the 6 Axis CNC hydraulic press brake provides the left and right motion positioning function for the rear control system. Suitable for sheet metal processing with special bending accuracy requirements or complex shapes, the available controller models will also be more diverse.

Mold replacement is quick and easy：The fast clamping structure of the press brake increases the speed of mold change and improves your work efficiency. Simply pull the red handle, you can easily install and remove the mold left and right.
Ultimate 6+1 axis accuracy：Master the composite bending of Y1 Y2 axis (left and right cylinder drive slider up and down movement), X axis (back and forth movement of the rear gauge),R axis (up and down movement of the rear gauge) and Z1 axis Z2 axis (left and right movement of the finger block), Raymax 6 axis press brake can be adjusted in four different directions (X, Y,R, Z) for bending processing. It also has balance control function.
Equipped with deflection compensation device, our brake provides Angle compensation, length compensation, clearance error compensation and other functions to ensure the accuracy of machined parts.

4V Concentric Die

The four V-slots of 4V concentric dies are of different sizes, and different V-slots are also suitable for the bending requirements of plates with different thicknesses, so that customers can choose the appropriate V-slots according to their needs.
