We are proud to release the new Raymax electric sheet metal follow-up lifting system for press brakes, which is fully controlled by CNC numerical control system. Raymax’s newly designed automatic support device is specially designed for sheet metal support during bending operations. Its double interpolation axis configuration ensures that the device closely follows the workpiece during the bending process, which significantly reduces the risk of sheet metal scratches and reverse bending, greatly easing the operator’s workflow.

RAYMAX hydraulic machine brakes are equipped with an advanced sheet bending follower supports system, focused on bending long, thin or heavy sheets with high bending accuracy and ease of use.

Bending Follower Features

As shown: A very large, heavy, thin sheet can bend in reverse during the bending operation due to the torque generated by the overhang. Our sheet lifters provide the necessary support throughout the bending cycle, preventing damage and ensuring a perfect job result.
