Safety system
Raymax® CNC prass brakes have been equipped with Lazer Safe laser safety systems since 2010, using OEM embedded LAZERSAFE technology to monitor the entire process of the prass brake at high speed, escorting the safety of operators and machines.
The Lazer Safe system is an optical safety solution consisting of laser transmitters and receivers at both ends of the prass brake, and connected in real time to the CNC control system, using high-precision laser scanning to cover all critical areas and synchronize with the movement of the slide and tool to form an intelligent safety barrier around the bending tool head.
In addition, we also provide front and rear light curtains, protective fences, and gates for prass brakes.

Automatic Tool Alignment
Systems with camera receivers feature automatic tool calibration, eliminating the need for precise manual adjustments. The process can also be fully automated in the CNC via SmartLink, eliminating the need for the operator to press the TOOL ALIGN button.


Certification And Standards Compliance
OEM Embedded Systems LZS Series and IRIS Series hardware and software are CE certified and comply with all international press brake safety standards including EN12622, ANSI B11.3-2012, CSA Z142-10 and NR12.

Press Brake Control Safety System – Advanced
PCSS-A is a programmable safety controller that improves both the performance and safety of press brakes. It provides flexibility to press brake manufacturers and simplifies the design process by integrating all control, safety and monitoring functions into one system, eliminating the need for complex third-party components and software integration. PCSS-A provides an optimal balance between functionality and performance and reduces build costs. This provides an efficient and economical platform with fewer components, less wiring, more simplified interfaces, and CE-certified hardware and software, which minimizes engineering and build time.
