Features

Sturdy frame, stable and reliable : The 8-axis CNC press brake adopts a steel structure frame. The left and right vertical plates, workbench and pressure plate are welded into one. After tempering treatment, internal stress is eliminated to ensure excellent rigidity and high stability.
Hydraulic drive, powerful and efficient : The slides at both ends of the machine are equipped with cylinders, which directly drive the slides to work, with strong power and excellent performance.
Precise control, perfect bending : The stroke of the cylinder (Y1, Y2) and the back gauge (X, Y, Z) is precisely controlled by the controller. The back gauge adopts high-precision ball screws and rolling guides to ensure consistent repeat accuracy.
High-precision back gauge, worry-free positioning : The CNC system fully controls the back gauge size and slider stroke, equipped with high-precision ball screw, stable operation and precise positioning.

ESA 3D Bend software

Italian ESA company imported the original CNC system series: ESA 3D Bend, including ESA S630, ESA S640, ESA 860, ESA S875, etc., designed for the bending machine advanced programming tools to improve the efficiency and accuracy of sheet metal forming process. This series of software allows users to program the press directly from 3D files, such as STEP and IGES formats, enabling a faster transition from design to actual production.

Front Plate Support

4V Concentric Die

The four V-slots of 4V concentric dies are of different sizes, and different V-slots are also suitable for the bending requirements of plates with different thicknesses, so that customers can choose the appropriate V-slots according to their needs.
The V-slots of the upper and lower molds are designed as concentric structure, which can ensure that the workpieces can be better aligned during the bending process, thus avoiding the workpieces from shifting, and reducing the problems of uneven bending or inaccurate angles caused by errors.

Crowning

It adjusts the height or angle of the table by means of a motor, controlled by a CNC controller, to compensate for deformations due to different thicknesses and strengths of the material, or the machine’s own weight.
